Refund Policy

Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Conditions for Returns

Partial Refunds

Refund Process

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. For exchanges, please contact us at info@wizzjo.com and provide details of the issue along with proof of purchase.


Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If the refund is approved, the original shipping fee will not be included in the refund.

If the returned item is expensive, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
